Wow Brad just flat wrecked him there

Next year, Brad will be on the receiving end of moments like that as he’ll be the slower car in Roush buckets.

I love this place. I remember when I was a new fan and I watched my first broadcast from Pocono. The size and layout blew my mind. Four and five wide on restarts, then a conga line down the front. An oval big enough for road course strategIes.

For me, this has long been my first day of summer.
And it's the place where I attended my first and only NASCAR race.

Apparently the guy that said he'd wreck someone for blocking him wrecked someone for not blocking him

Once that 18 gets clean air, I think it’ll be “sayonara.”
Yup. Basically what I thought the previous run.

5 has nothing for him or the 24.

I ran out.

Didn't realize there were not pit stops.

You can see how sideways the 5 is there though.

Also, 180 mph before the tunnel turn at Pocono...

CUP series.

Rick Allen is happy.

His Kyle Busch bias as an announcer is worse than Gordon's towards HMS.

I don't understand it

Btw, I've been rewatching entire cup seasons starting with 03. Now, on 09. Just finished Pocono #2 recently, just watched KB win Bristol, and watching Atlanta #2.

With Pocono 09 fresh in my mind, and Atlanta fresh in my mind, the speed difference is painfully noticeable. It was like watching an Indy car speedway race before a cup race.

God I miss when when 190+ was the norm on speedways.

It's Talladega at Pocono.

Jesus man.

Despite all that racing, Larson has gained only 3 spots since restart. 18 has gained about 1.

Tires don't mean squat right now when the draft is what matters.

11 makes a move on the 18, looses 2 spots.

22 is running race in reverse.

There's a good chance stage 3 starts like stage 2 with the 22 out front if their pit strategy is any indication. If that's the case, the 18, 5 and 24 may want to just finish 18, 19, and 20 so they get track position tomorrow at the start.
