Yes. Some guys topped off lap 38 amd stretched it. 18 had a speeding penalty and pitted during the Bubba caution as well, so he could make it. He’s not a threat on speed.
last run, yes, 9 and 5 on equal tires. They were first two that took 4.

The same reason they never mention Harvick dooring him multiple times at Darlington then wiping chase out at Bristol, WHICH IS WHY Chase blocked. Enough was enough.
