Darlington RACE thread ! ! !

Lapped cars’ (or cars about to be lapped) only responsibility to the guy coming up from behind is to just drive and not block or drive erratic. It’s the guy passing who needs to find the right time and place.

Was hoping for Johnson to get it unstuck today.

Props on owning it just now but my gosh he screwed the pooch on a day everything was working early.

And HMS day is turning to ****

Tough break for Bryon, having a great run

The hendrick brigade imploding.

This org has picked a nasty habit of self imploding post Gordon.

I raced dirtbikes for years. The Pros (AA Class) started on the front row. Way back the 70's/80's we only did 5 laps to make it official race (85 miles). At a big race might be 200 riders. As series got bigger, fields now 1000+ at SMALLER TRACKS, it was stated PLAINLY at drivers meeting DO NOT CHANGE YOUR RACE LINE WHEN GETTING LAPPED!!! Let the fast guy decide where to go.
