I like when guys keep their cool and get sweet revenge. I remember Brad working hard to hold up Carl on new tires at Darlington so he couldn't get to Regan Smith, who stole the win on old tires. We all know what those 3 bonus points ended up costing Carl.

Qualifying starts in about 40 minutes. Bowyer, Hamlin, Allmendinger, Busch, and Logano
were the fastest 5 in practice.

You know, I am a Danica fan, and I genuinely want to see her do good. That being said, she really has been doing very poorly in both qualifying and on race day. She was starting to do pretty decent in NW series. She probably should have stayed there another year. Many other drivers with equal or less experience have gotten much better results by this point. I think she needs to be more aggressive with her car. p40 in top equipment? really?

They do have speed though. And at a track that usually has a couple of long green-flag runs they should be able to work their way up.

She is like a snowflake, had to hurry up before she melted. (he waxes poetically) Go Daddy wanted her in the big show. No use having her run 20th in the nationwide, she can make more dough running 34th in cup. She drove around in indy cars for a while and won a fuel mileage race. She is a pretty good little road racer because of her indy car experience, and with her stuff she is running, she has a chance at all the plate tracks. But I don't think it is going to be pretty on any of the ovals.
