I think Day would love to make a good living in sprint cars. I would much prefer to see Day in sprint cars myself. I also understand the economy of NASCAR is exponentially larger than the current economy of sprint cars, and has been for decades, leading to many sprint car drivers up to and including Steve Kinser being in NASCAR for stints. If that is drying up outside the TRD guys/gals, that's not great for NASCAR!

NASCAR isn’t just the money, you’re running hundreds of miles or laps in each race against arguably the best field in the world. That’s tempting for any great driver.
