Yep, and cars.com recently admitted their old American made index was completely bogus. The Camry is no longer on top, but I still think there may be some problems with their list. That Chevy Traverse leading the way
Although theres no way I'd purchase a '08-'12 model Chevy.
Below average reliability scores due to pushing them out after the federal bail outAny specific reason why?
@sshat?Passat is Beethoven's half brother.
"Is the debut of a new automaker in Cup imminent?Could Dodge be on the track by next season? I thought they'd have to test aero and engine specs
Whatever it is, it's much better than Indycar and that didn't stop Chevy from re-entering the series a few years ago.A question I have for RF members is what you think the benefit/ROI for a new manufacturer to enter Nascar at this point. Would it not be better to wait and see where Nascar ends up in terms of interest and support?
The WRX is a bad machine.
Although I dont think certain manufactures will enter unless NASCAR alters their templates. The cars now do mock the street cars but really in nose design only. The rest of the body is basically squared off and has lame decals. Crap like tailpipe decals and front grill decals is laughable in other motorsports.
This is hilarious
& until NASCAR attempts to fix this mockery, other manufacturers will just shake their heads
I knew there was a reason why I didn't watch the truck series.
Thats not the idea.I love the lets stick 850 horses under the hood of a 4 door passenger car off the showroom that doesn't have decals. Get back to ol time racin..weeee haw
Thats not the idea.
Obviously the cars would be modified to handle the stresses of racing.

It's hyperbole. Used here all the timeYeah, IDK how anyone could have inferred that people wanted racing engines put in showroom stock cars and put on track to race. .
It's hyperbole. Used here all the time and quite often by the two of you.
Awareness is good. Be aware that this race series won't be "going back" to anything resembling a "stock" car anytime soon.
No -- I object to posters being called names. Suggesting that a member is a "simpleton" for having an opinion isBiased moderation has returned in full force
LOL kNo -- I object to posters being called names. Suggesting that a member is a "simpleton" for having an opinion is
wrong.
Someone mocking an opinion could be construed as rude, yes.LOL k
Its fine and dandy when an opinion is mocked and oversimplified for effect.
But when they are called out for it, THEN thats "wrong".
You just keep on keepin on.
And you spelled foreign wrong, maybe you think I pronounce it like that. Sorry I must have not made it clear I live in Illinois
Don't forget these "trucks"...If the Ranchero, ElCamino, and recently the Honda Ridgeline haven't proved that design to be iffy at best..here comes the Hyundai I owned 2 ElCaminos and a Ranchero GT..so what do I know.
Realistically, half of the people I know that own trucks,a Ridgeline would work perfect for.I have a brother in law with a 2016 Silverado Z71 with the big tires that has never seen dirt.yes more discontinued metamorphics. Look, there is an ElCamino in the back ground I didn't know they discontinued the Ridgeline, but then they brought it back..what were they thinking
The new Ridgeline at least looks a little better than the 2006-2014 monstrosity, but it's really just the front two-thirds of a Honda Pilot with a small pickup bed attached to the back. I guess you'd call it a "crossover pickup".yes more discontinued metamorphics. Look, there is an ElCamino in the back ground I didn't know they discontinued the Ridgeline, but then they brought it back..what were they thinking They are the automotive Mullet..car in the front and truck in the back.

I've caught a little hell for my Frontier only having a 5-foot bed on it, but it's been all I have needed so far. I do have an extender to make it 1-1/2 feet longer if need be. I road trip a lot so I opted for the cab space instead of the bed space.Realistically, half of the people I know that own trucks,a Ridgeline would work perfect for.I have a brother in law with a 2016 Silverado Z71 with the big tires that has never seen dirt.

22k and I haven't quite had it a year yet.Have you got 15,000 miles on it yet?

Yeah, not crazy about this particular color, but the new Ranger looks pretty good IMO.That's a real truck though. I hear Ford is coming back with the Ranger soon
