Yeah, the corners do look pretty dead, but it seems nicely packed on the frontsretch.

I wasn't aware that Indy has the largest seating capacity of any venue in the world :confused: ~400,000 seats with the infield seating!
 
A lady friend of mine works for a radio station. They were given 100 Brickyard tickets to hand out. As of 5 last evening only 12 tickets had been picked up.

You really can't grasp just how big the track is until you see it in person. It takes your breath away. 100K people don't even begin to fill the place.

He's so unlikeable. He's always actually whining about things other drivers are doing to their cars and then ironically they go to do the same thing. What a girl.
 
Newman is a little faster than Johnson, but it seems like circumstances keep putting Johnson out front. I guess it's stuff like that (pit crew, strategy) that make that team so good.
 
Logano right now is doing what Menard did the year he won this race.

I'd say the partitions achieved their goal since that goal was probably to piss Brad off.

This is true. If you park in the wrong place it may take you 45 minutes to get to your seat.

I don't even fire it up at the event. Too much else going on with radios, binoculars, etc.
But punctuation is important. It's the difference between knowing your $hit, and knowing you're $hit. :)
 
The Western Kentucky mascot should just ride on Brad's car with one leg in the car like Hendrick did on Johnson's car after he got win #200 for HMS at Darlington.
 
Any other day a Newman win for me would be a meh. When it is either Newman or Johnson and Newman win would have me jumping up and down.
