NFL 2013

They are incapable of taking any kind of criticism. And why would anyone be "jealous" of a football team? They almost lost to New York and they almost let Atlanta come back and win tonight. I know "almost" doesn't count but one or two plays in the other direction and they could easily be looking at 1-3, 2-2 right now.
I can take any criticism you can dish dude....go for it!

OOOOOHHHH llallalalala...I'm not a homer dude! Just a realist like you, if you can't see that they are improving each week then you obviously know very little about football!

You are really sitting here bragging about a team thats improving because they are playing a bunch of scrubs? And you say I must not know football? :D Brady isn't a top 15 qb right now, running game sucks, defense isn't top 15 either. Yea, sounds like stats from a top team to me.

I just wonder where you guys are gonna go after Brady retires. Yes he just might be the best QB of all time but he's 36, filthy rich and ya gotta wonder how long he wants to keep going. Another 5 years? Then what?

Damn Cowboys. I'm not even pissed. Just is what it is. Until Jerry dies, the Cowboys will continue to be mediocre.

I'm really surprised this many people are picking The Saints against The Dolphins. The Saints are good but The Dolphins aren't horrible! The entire Monday Night Football team picked The Saints and 90% of Yahoo Fantasy pickem players picked The Saints.

Well, they are in Nawlins. Who dat?
Darren Sproles has got to be the toughest 5'6" SOB in the NFL :D

Latest NFL kickoff ever? Chargers @ Raiders got moved to 11:35 PM Eastern on NFL Network this weekend.

Scary stat of the day: The Broncos scored as many points in the 2nd half yesterday as the Jaguars have scored all season (31). And they meet in two weeks.

I think it's safe to say that one will get really ugly really quickly.

Well that is 5 more years, and I'll take that too, when Brady goes Bill will go too and it will be the end of an era. Brady has hinted that he wants to get into politics after football, so it will interesting to see if that happens.

Saints are a much better football team then the Dolphins as was evident tonight.

Tannehill cleans up the mistakes, I don't think that game gets out of hand. Saints are really good but that O-line sucks. A good team could slow them down a bit.

The Saints are almost unstoppable at home. Miami is much improved, but they had no chance last night.

It's hard to win a ballgame when you turn the ball over four times. Miami was just out-played. Brees was pretty accurate last night.

When he was leaving San Diego after the '05 season, Brees was originally supposed to go to Miami, but the deal fell through. Brees ended up in New Orleans, and the Dolphins ended up signing Daunte Culpepper. I think it's safe to say the Saints got the better end of that deal.

I think Brees is a good qb but you're fooling yourself if you think he'd be this good without Sean Peyton.

Guy was dumped by the chargers

Who cares how he got to be "this good"?
Check the record books. Sean Peyton did not complete ANY of those passes.

I know that, but its not like he was this great Qb when he came to the Saints. That is a fact.

whereas Peyton Manning has played on two teams, been great on both calling his own plays

But Drew Brees didn't grow up the son of Archie Manning.

Peyton is just a machine. Sometimes I'm not even sure he and Brady are human. Just too perfect.

Difference is, up until now, Brady had been surrounded by a great offense and Peyton had been surrounded by a mediocre (at best) offense. Now, Peyton's surrounded by a great offense and looks like Superman and Brady's surrounded by a mediocre offense. Time will tell. Peyton won a Super Bowl, made another Super Bowl appearance with an average team and then went to the playoffs again with a really bad team.

I'm not taking anything away from Tom Brady but, up until now, he's been surrounded by great players.

If Rahim Moore doesn't eff up, Manning probably has another Super Bowl appearance to his resume.

Troy Brown was a great player? Deion Branch who's probably bagging groceries was a great player? Sure, he played with Moss but It wasn't til recently that brady got great players in the form of a tight ends and lets be fair, Wes Welker was no stud in Miami before joining the pats.

Peyton played with Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison in their primes.

Neither Manning or Brady are good/great without good offensive lines. That's much more important to their play than the skill players around them.

I'd take Brees back over Philip Rivers in a heartbeat. Not trying to sell Rivers too short but Brees has the ring, in convincing fashion.

Get back to me in 4 weeks and we will have this discussion again. They are an improving 4-0 team, Brady is Brady, wouldn't you like to have him on your team as a QB? Come on dude, you are reaching at best here, we all know who it is going to come down to in the AFC, The Broncos and the Pats. They are the 2 best teams, when Manning comes into Foxboro in Nov., Bill will scheme and once again get in Peytons' head, Denver will lose. You can site all the stats you want, I site this one when Brady took them to the first and second Superbowl wins was he a top 5 QB in stats? No I don't think so, but he was one thing........A WINNER and a LEADER!!! As long as Brady is behind center I'll take my chances with the Patriots any day.

Wrong...first and second Superbowls were just a bunch of nobodys, Brady didn't have a great receiver until Moss came on the scene, Welker was a work in progress and became great in the last 4 years because they designed a lot of plays around him. Your statement is totally of base.
