I don't know. Until the last drive, the SD offense had been horrendous, and the defense decent. They could still hold the Broncos to their lowest offensive output of the season, though in terms of yardage that has a lot to do with the Broncos continually having great field position and shorter drives. But the defense has held up their end a lot more than Rivers and company.
Manning's gibberish wouldn't bug me if the dumb networks didn't mic him up. I just want to turn the sound way down when Denver has the ball. The closest analogy I can think of as to how it detracts from enjoying the game is the constant grunting and shrieking in (mostly women's) tennis.
