NFL 2014

Now that Blake Bortles is front and center, it's time for the media to go after Gus Bradley and the "defense" that's supposed to be the "strength" of this team.

I get to watch the saints tonight, hope I can stay awake.

neither the Green Bay Packers or Chicago Bears punted today. It's only the second time that's ever happened in the history of the league. The other game was 1992; Bills-49ers

Saints looked like a college team playing the cowboys.

How bad have things gotten in Titanland? The team's Facebook page is full of people screaming for the Titans to sign Tim Tebow.

The NFL still easy on the criminals.

Dallas defensive tackle Josh Brent will get to travel to London with the Cowboys later this season after the NFL amended several stipulations in his reinstatement following an intoxication manslaughter conviction.

Brent remained suspended for the first 10 games but was allowed to rejoin his teammates at the practice facility Monday, two weeks earlier than the original ruling. He can attend meetings and do individual workouts but can't practice.

The league originally said Brent could practice in Week 9, but he would have missed the next week while the team was in London preparing to face Jacksonville.

Brent was sentenced to 180 days in jail but avoided a prison term over the 2012 crash that killed practice squad player Jerry Brown.
