Pulling Hoyer was certainly the right call. The Browns were winning despite him, not because of him. They had lost 3 of the last 4 and he had zero TD's in the last 3 games. He was absolutely atrocious lately. You start Manziel with 3 to go to see what you have and give him some playing time before he takes over next season. The playoffs were pretty much out of reach after last weeks game.
