NFL 2017-2018

I liked the game as it is hard not to feel good about about the Nick Foles feel good story or what the underdog Eagles offense did against the league's best D. The Eagles executed in all phases of the game and deserve to be in the SB.

I am not sure about the comments about no interest in the SB as who knows what could happen? If I was that sure I knew what would happen I would be borrowing money and calling some bookies.

People are a bit excited here

They didn't grease that pole

At least with the Patriots in the Super Bowl, we know it'll be close. The seven Patriot Super Bowls in the Brady-Belichick era have been decided by 3,3,3,3,4,4, and 6 points.

Congrats to you Patriot and Eagle fans out there. Both teams earning a well deserved spot in the NFL's biggest game. One team going for a record tying 6th championship and the other beating the odds with their backup quarterback.

The smart prediction is going with the Pats to take home the hardware but I'd love to see Philly pull this off. I'll be rooting for the upset.

I think another smart prediction is that all of the people in this thread that have sworn off watching the up coming Superbowl will be there just like the rest of us on Superbowl Sunday, butt in seat, watching the big game. Oh, and continuing to bitch about it.

I've watched every Super Bowl since XVIII between the Raiders and Redskins, and this year will be no different.

Footballis much different than NASCAR, at least for me. I find it much easier to turn off a football game than I do a NASCAR race.

I'm an NFL Lemming. It doesn't matter to me what teams made the Superbowl, I'd be watching. Could you imagine if a team with their backup quarterback made it to the big game and upsets what many perceive as the GOAT? A more than memorable Superbowl. Who would want to miss something like that? Besides, I think the best Dilly Dilly commercials are yet to come. :D

Foles is about the only storyline that remotely catches my attn for this Superbowl.
I will watch , but will be flipping channels regularly.

There was a pretty good period of time where the #1 seed missed the show pretty frequently. The Cowboys and Bills were both #1 seeds when they went to the Super Bowl after the 1993 season. After that, there wasn't another Super Bowl matchup of #1 seeds until the 2009 postseason, when the Saints and Colts were both 1 seeds.

For all the long suffering Iggles fans finally wanting a Super Bowl win.
I hope you get the evahloving dogsheit beat out of you in the game.

That's one fanbase that doesn't deserve a Super Bowl, ever. Philadelphia fans are terrible.

Every single fan base has its percentage of morons/idiots. Excessive amounts of alcohol only magnify that.

I have no dog in this fight. Neither of these teams are my team. I don't root for either of them during the regular season but I pick a team to root for in the post season once mine's been eliminated. I don't think it's going to happen but I'm pulling for the upset come Superbowl Sunday. Should they win, I don't plan on climbing any flag pools and I'm probably not going to be throwing beers at my neighbors either. Red Solo Cups don't fly far.

Any fan base that I have had dealings with have had good and bad and I don't think that it is fair label one team's fans as all bad like the Eagles fans are getting from some.
