I just learned that you can get a roughing the passer penalty even if you bump into the quarterback and he stays on his feet. WTF?

Golden Tate really needs to just run the ball into the endzone without acting like he is the best player in the world. As a Lions fan, I appreciate his talent but he needs to chill.
