NFL 2022-23

Once he can play, it will be a good trade. Calvin is one hell of a ****** player.

Too bad Sunshine can't hit a wide open receiver to save his life.

He sure can get the balls in the hands of wide open defenders in the red zone or in the final two minutes.

Detroit basically get to move up from early 4th to late 2nd next year, and early/mid 4th to late 3rd in 2024. I guess that’s not bad compensation if they don’t want to or feel like they can’t retain him after next season.

Only two stats are vastly different. The most important stats.

the Steelers are definitely missing TJ Watt, but geeesh if the Eagles can get protection like that on a regular basis Hurts seems to have really blossomed with his surrounding weaponry on the outside, the AJ Brown trade is working out well, the only undefeated team left in the NFL.

NFC East looks like the most stacked division alongside the AFC East. It's pretty insane to me that Tua is back out there playing weeks ago after the back to back concuss but hey his call, Dolphins aren't the same team without him apparently, #1 graded player last week.

Chargers footnote: they may be 4-3 but wayyy too many injuries to key pieces once again this season, tough remaining schedule Herbert's going to have to be extra special for them to stay in fringe playoff territory.

Snottie is selling the Washington Commanders franchise.

This town has been going start raving ape sh*t today on this news. News anchors, sports director on three local news shows (and who are supposedly impartial) and fans have been orgasming all day long over the news. Fans have been driving past FEDEX stadium today honking their horns and rolling down their windows and screaming with joy.

Snyder and his attornies were insisting as recently as two weeks ago that he would NEVER sell the team but changed his tune over this past weekend. The word around town is that the straw that broke the camel's back was actually 3 things:

- Goodell likely sat down with Snyder and explained to him that they had 24 votes to force him to sell and he could either sell the team on his own terms now or fight it and be forced to sell it at a fire sale. That's just a guess but probably a good one.

- Feds have just opened a federal criminal investigation into the organization's finances, and the 23rd item....

- Tanya Snyder, Dan's wife and currently the figurehead owner of the team since Dan was ordered to hand over day to day operations was seriously booed at the Commanders/Colts game last weekend.

The fact that Dan paid about 780 mil for the team and will sell it for likely around 6-7 billion and possibly more should soften the blow to his pride at being forced to sell.

I'm I the only one that never watches TNF since it's been on Prime. I watched my team last week but I don't like it. Seem like a cut rate production .

It’s pretty much an NBC production with different graphics and on-air talent. The all-22/Next Gen stats feed can be interesting. The biggest issue is just the abysmal schedule. So many ****** matchups.

For the second time in three weeks, the Detroit game will be televised here in Missouri. They pretty much aren't playing for anything at this point, but I always hope they beat Green Bay, so I'm crossing my fingers. 🤞

Detroit and Green Bay have both been in the redzone. Neither team has any points. Detroit turned it over after a failed 4th down conversion and Aaron Rodgers threw an interception. Early on, both teams have shown why they have the records they have.

Dang! Detroit shut out Green Bay in the first half. Have a bad feeling the second half will be a much different story, but oh well.

As much heat as the Detroit defense takes, it's important to note that the offense is far from perfect. They've had multiple chances to close out games or make a comeback for the lead and they often fail at doing both.

I took the Jets to beat the Bills, I had a feeling about that one. But what happened to GB they suck now. I won't be picking them anymore this year.

DaVante Adams and Derek Carr aren’t winners for this organization. Time to move on.
