NFL 2024-2025

Bizarre description for a must win game in primetime.

Baalke needs to start moving pieces because Doug Pederson has checked out.

I always feel compelled to bust this image out whenever the Titans play the Packers. #Never Forget

I am really PO'd with our local Greensboro CBS TV station. Steelers and the Chargers are on CBS today but our station has "paid programming" scheduled. I can't state how mad I am.

Panthers are on CBS in the late window.

Fox gets the doubleheader this week.

They really need to run scrolls apologizing for having to air this team.

Yeah, it is the 1:00pm CBS game that they aren't going to televise. Other markets televise the CBS games.

None in North Carolina though.

Check 506sports each week for tv schedules. They usually come out on Wednesday.

The league and home market teams control all this, not affiliates. Several years ago, the CBS station in Orlando publicly apologized for having to air a Jags game instead of airing the Manning Bowl.

Defensive holding on a FG attempt turns a Packers missed kick into a first down and then a TD. The Titans are finding new ways to implode.

The Eagles offense finally gets it together and punches one in to go up 7-3. Now it's on the Saints to respond, and they have really been hamstrung by the Eagles defense today.

The Steelers have put together a very impressive game against a very capable Chargers team. There is no way Fields loses the job now unless it's to injury.

Impulsive hot takes aside, Sirianni is just not a very good coach and makes poor decisions consistently.

Enormous defensive lapse by the Saints on 3rd and 16 leads to a 60-yard Dallas Goedert reception and a 1st and Goal. Setting up for a thrilling finish after a dreary game through 3.5 quarters.

Eagles score immediately, but they've left the Saints just over a minute.

The Eagles sort of stumbled into a win with a great defensive performance and a poorly called and executed offensive performance through most of the game. Barkley got going, and they got a huge break with the 3rd and 16 conversion on an underneath route left wide open. But that was enough today.

Doesn't look like anyone in the AFC North aside from the Steelers wants to get their **** together. A laughable home loss by the Browns.

Bo Nix breakout game is hardly what anyone expected this week. But the Bucs didn’t seem to come fully prepared after an emotional victory last weekend and Sean Payton always treats games against Tampa Bay and Atlanta with a little extra passion.
I liked what I saw of him in preseason, but after the first couple of games, I figured it was just s case of preseason not actually meaning anything.

Pittsburgh is pumped up with the terrible towel helicoptering like the good old days. Chargers getting bit by the injury bug again with Herbert and Alt going out of the game, Harbaugh and staff + personnel decisions have been a difference maker to their early success running the ball and defense, Heinecke is capable to float them a couple weeks with a full team effort.
