Got proof? It's not like speeding on pit lane is as obvious as Bowyer spinning himself out and Vickers going 15 mph down pit lane. Guys speed on pit lane while racing for the lead.

It was not a deliberate crash on track, but a more subtle speeding penalty to make it look legit. Won't be as much backlash, if any. I would guess.
