Alex Bowman is being interviewed on my local sports talk radio station 97.1 in Columbus, OH at the moment. Kind of a surprise because they never talk racing on this station. Bowman is a great interview, lots of good stuff to say. I'm glad they picked one of my favorite drivers. Probably has something to do with the Nationwide connection since they are based here

I might be wrong but I believe Kurt Busch is the last full time driver to have raced Dale Sr. in NASCAR (at the cup level). That's a sign of passage of time.

I believe so Kurt made his debut late in 2000 replacing Chad Little.

Barstool getting involved is a good thing IMO Portnoy can be a douche at times, but Barstool has a ton of followers (including me), and could put new eyes on the sport
