Works for me, the longer he stays out of sight the better it gets for Nascar racing.
Hey ya might catch a Nascar commercial on local TV
"The Buns of NASCAR"
don't know if that's gonna move the needle...
Bad too the bone
Dang that's a piece of work
A cool 9 million dollars.

You put a picture of something dumb or someone who needs their ass kicked on the left. And then you place this picture to the right of it.
Wild to say the least.
I'll keep my opinions of Teresa to myself.
Pat I don't dislike a lot of people, but Teresa is absolutely despicable. This situation is quite sickening.
Hey ya can't trademark it, but they can still use the hell out of it and she can't do a damn thing about it, so there ya go.
the 500 entry list is live, so 42 teams, the 7 and 97 should be added soon
Making of Mustang' looks at Ford's design process
If Tanner Gray had been the driver at this "brake test" there would be no problems. Nascar maybe a lot of things, but, stupid ain't one of them on this kind of thing.
What happened did DGR lose the appeal?
Don't we all
Some of us still do
SMI getting in the game
She has a case. When I was in NC back in 2011, I saw a billboard selling Earnhardt Collection homes. I thought Teresa licensed the name out. I googled and turns out it was Kerry. Why didn't he call it the Kerry Earnhardt collection because it probably wasn't going to sell as well as the Earnhardt collection. Dan Marino is huge in south florida. In the early 00's a pizza place opened and was named Marino's in Dolphin's colors. Dan gave them a chance to change their name or be taken to court. They changed their name a few months later. The tattoo artist for Jr Smith sued Nba2k for using his tattoo design without his authorization. If you have money or in school I highly suggest sport law. Great class.
He doesn't have to call it the Kerry Earnhardt Collection, Earnhardt Collection works fine and is ok to do so, but it can't be trademarked.
Kerry Earnhardt can't trademark Earnhardt Collection but can still use the name.
Its that time!, Daytona hauler parking
Even an introductory class in business law can be an entertaining eye-opener.
Ironically I took both while at Temple as an undergrad many moons ago. Business Law was a requirement for my major while i took "Law and Ethics in Sports and Recreation" as an elective.
A few of the discussions I remember from those classes have had "some" relevancy for my side gig covering Patriot League football.
This is stupid. Can't wait to see which school decides to rob their season ticket holders of a home game for this one. Hopefully FSU or C.
You would think the foot ballers would be happy.
And I though the sight lines at Bristol were bad. Just another demonstration that if you market something as an event, people will trip over themselves to throw money at you.
Separate names with a comma.
