Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Kezelowski is a tiny tiny man

Literaly or figuratively?

He's bigger than Kram Nitram. He's bigger than Sliced Bread. But he's nowhere near the size of Mikey or Smoke - at least from a scale's perspective... ;-}

Here's your sign.
Ah, explains it.

Give it a rest Johali, I apologize there are you happy? I just found your reaction to saying what unit you belonged to to be quite humorous and I should have taken how long ago you were in service into account and not expect you to know what an acronym means.

There, lets play nice now.

All Over The Map: Business heats up Tuesday, as 10 of the 12 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers will pepper all parts of the country, from Phoenix to Miami, and Texas to New Hampshire. Tomorrow's lineup: Dale Earnhardt Jr. will head to ESPN headquarters; Brad Keselowski will hit Chicago, site of the Chase opener; Denny Hamlin visits New Hampshire, race No. 2 in the Chase; Kasey Kahne, the Chase's No. 1 Wild Card, will travel to Philadelphia in advance of Dover's Chase race; Kevin Harvick, a 2010 Talladega winner, will take part in an event at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series' largest track; as for NASCAR's smallest track, Martinsville Speedway will host Greg Biffle, a two-time winner this season; Martin Truex Jr., who made his first Chase since 2007, will be in Kansas; Clint Bowyer, who won the regular season finale at Richmond, will visit Texas; Four-time series champion Jeff Gordon will hit Phoenix, the site of the penultimate race in the Chase; and Matt Kenseth will fly his talents to South Beach in advance of the championship-finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Charlotte Motor Speedway will hold its Chase Across America event next Tuesday, Sept. 18, with defending series champion Tony Stewart.

Dale Jr. was on Pardon the Interruption today. He gave a candid assessment of his current chances of winning a Championship, saying that aside from 2004, he thinks that this is his best opportunity to date. He claimed that he is more mature and much more invested in the TEAM than he has been in previous years.

Then he was asked about his love affair with the Washington Redskins. lol. Whatever...

It was a very good segment.

I looked for the clip but I guess it hasn't hit yet.

Smoke says if Jeff Gordon is going to grow porn-star mustache then he needs to grow eyebrows back too. "They're a matched set.''

"When you make the Chase, it boosts your ego because you feel like you're one of the guys ... we all have such big egos." Dale Earnhardt Jr

Clint Bowyer "Why isn't Bristol one of our Chase races? To me, that's the best product we put on the track."

With five mile and a half tracks in the chase, two of them has to go. The Bristol night race needs to be the first chase race. Then Chicago, then a road course. Move two of the mile and a half tracks into the regular season.

IMO

I wouldn't mind seeing them simply swap Richmond & Chicago dates and leave Bristol where it's at in the schedule. Personally I like Bristol but it seems many don't anymore so I'm not sure it would make a good Chase race.

I sure agree about the road course thing. I'm not a big Kansas fan, the track that is. Get that second date off of the schedule and replace it with Road Atlanta.
