Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Whether or not you or anyone else would like to admit it, that was one strange deal last year.

Especially when Grubb said that he wanted to spend more time at home with his wife and their new baby in the first place! Then he ends up signing on to be a CC with another team?

Strange indeed!

Richard Petty Motorsports driver #43-Aric Almirola and wife Janice welcomed a baby boy, Alex, on Tuesday.(9-5-2012)

She held the baby longer than Aric can keep a ride.

Jeff almost needs a miracle.....his last win at Richmond, 2000. Average finish is 14.69 and in the spring race there he qualified well and dropped anchor when they went green and ended up 26th.

If Kyle doesn't blow up or wreck, Jeff has to win. Carl isn't a factor unless those 2 wreck. Even then, he will need help.

I think Jeff will win, wreck, or blow up, think he's tired of the bullsheet.

What, no Richmond weather talk? Not looking good at all for a Saturday night race. Fortunately, for me, my Steelers don't play until Sunday night this week.

Side note for you DirecTV customers out there..... The NFL package is free this weekend. Could be the same for other providers too but I am only aware of DirecTV.

I was going through some of my picks from Bristol this morning. Once I download them, I've got some good ones that I'll post from the pre-race intros and some of the pit area. I'll try to post those soon. I think that I've got a decent one of Keselowski for ya. We were right next to the catwalk where they were coming out for their pickup truck ride around the track prior to the race.

Cool. You may have the only 'decent' picture of Brad in existance. ;)
