Really Kyle?

That was the most blatant unsafe ridiculous thing I've ever seen.

i'd park him for the weekend.

If they let Kyle race on Sunday then ron should be waiting on the starting grid with a sledge hammer. Then beat the crap out of the front end of the 18. Then tell Kyle to go win a championship with that.

Even a sleazy lawyer can't defend that one.

there is no justification for that, especially at these speeds.

Kyle Busch should be parked for the weekend and his sponsors in all series need to take a long hard look at the incident and the character of person they are giving their promotional dollars to.

NASCAR needs to pull his hard card NOW. And make him sit out the weekend.

Um..................but it's not.
What would it be if he were racing on the moon????

Bobby let me ask you this okay? Kyle isn't running for the championship here right? Plus what was he suppose to do I mean was a lap car there Kyle could have moved up a little himself there couldn't he but no he just did that crap to cost Ron the championship. Dan Wheldon just died a few weekends back in a high speed wreck do you want to lose another damn driver? These trucks are going pretty damn fast here at Texas.

Wow, a lot of support for Hornaday. I guess it's because none of you watched him as a local short track driver. He got dumped just like he used to do when people raced him the same way.

This has nothing to do with Dan Wheldon; relax.

I think you want to see someone get killed, If he wanted to get him back he could have spun him out not slam him into the wall that way that could have killed him and you'd be sitting here like "WAY TO GO KYLE" if you want to pay a driver back just spin them out, Slamming someone to the wall uncalled for.

PORTIONS OF THIS POST DELEATED BY ME , nascrwoman REASON - PERSONNAL ATTACK.

I grew up watching Hornaday on the short tracks. He never, ever, ever did ANYTHING like Kyle did tonight. I'm not sure anyone has EVER done anything as dumb as Kyle did tonight.

It would be nice to see Kyle Busch escorted out of the track by NASCAR. That would be good TV!

I just saw replays. Defending the indefensible if you don't think Kyle did anything wrong.

Who's got money on a fine and double secret probation for Kyle?

nascar's credibility concerning safety comes into play with this incident. only joe gibbs and sponsor money avoids a suspension.

Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards and Dale Jr will never be suspended for the actions they commit. Period.

Not so sure. I've been following NASCAR for decades and have never seen a blatant take-out like this one. NASCAR has to be severely strict on this one.

Even when Carl took out Brad at Atlanta, the damage received on Brads car was due more to the aero mess of the COT wing than the act.

Eat sh!t.

To me that is an admission by you that I (and everyone else here except YOU) is right and you have nothing to defend Kyle with. Face it, Kyle did the dumbest thing ever seen in NASCAR. If one of my favorite drivers did something that stupid I would condemn him. You clearly don't have integrity to condemn Kyle for his horrific stunt.

Kyle's done for the SEASON....NASCRAP will allow JGR to put another driver in the #18 to fullfill the sponsor commitment..........

You're welcome to think what you want.

I bet Todd Bodine is loving this, for one race he's not the big dummy.

You forget how Carl wrecked Brad at Atlanta AND Gateway?

DUDE! Totally different cases! I'm not a fan of Carl but those were both under green racing hard. Carl was in the wrong, I agree. But it wasn't under caution pushing a guy into the wall at well over 100mph when they should be doing caution speed. Hundreds and hundreds of times drivers have taken out another driver while "racing". Many times on purpose. Doesn't make it right but it happens. If you can't see the difference between those cases and this caution take-out you are as dumb as BobbyFord.

NOT. Turning someone at 180mph will ALWAYS end badly, and Carl knew it. Was the damage at Gateway due to aero too? I believe that Carls actions at Atlanta were MORE despicable than what Kyle did tonight. Carl ADMITED he caused the first wreck by forcing his way in front of Brad, then went out and tried to kill him for not giving carl what he wanted. Lets not forget that Carl sat out 100 laps so he could come out and first try to Turn Brad into the outside wall entering turn 1. Pure psycho.

Freedom of speech is a great thing. Freedom of speech also allows people to apologize when they realize they were wrong. Feel free to do that to ALL of the other members of this forum. :D

Correct :growl:

Carl was over a hundred laps down at Atlanta.

That still doesn't change what the Bonehead of the History of NASCAR did today. We can't change what NASCAR did in the past. But we CAN encourage NASCAR to penalize Kyle to the absolute MAX for this complete lack of professionalism.

Kyle met with NASCAR for 3 minutes and left without comment. He Hastings to return tomorrow before cup practice.

I'll be shocked if NASCAR does anything to Kyle except for probation. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last, that Kyle has wrecked someone under caution. Kyle Busch, just like Carl Edwards and Matt Kenseth, has shown his true colors countless times and has never faced a serious penalty for it.

And I say it once more, this is why NASCAR will never get respect. They allow this behavior. They encourage it. Hell, Gossage will probably have a web banner up tomorrow morning with a picture of that wreck, and will have billboard promoting it all year long next year. NASCAR and FOX Sports will be running commercials with that for months.

If Kevin Harvick had done that, we'd be talking about a suspension. But, it wasn't.

NASCAR will probably put Kyle AND Hornaday on probation to protect Kyle, just like they did for Carl last year.

For three weeks, LOL. Don't forget what they did with Harvick. After the probation expired, NASCAR threatened to park Harvick for racing Kyle too hard.

NASCAR will not suspend Kyle Busch. NASCAR, and especially Eddie Gossage at TMS, promote this behavior. NASCAR will warn Kyle and it will be over... and Gossage will put up a billboard and sell 20,000 more tickets to the most boring track in NASCAR.

They put Kez on probation for the entire season. That's when Kyle thought it was OK to wreck the championship points leader.
