See any good movies lately?

Gone girl was great, movie of the year so far. I love David Fincher movies, and psychological thrillers

I saw Left Behind with Nicholas Cage. Boring movie filled with cheap special effects. It looked more like a syfy channel original movie.

I hope you didn't pay to see it. 2% on Rotten Tomatoes and 3% on IMDB. Tribune review gave it zero stars. And it's a Nick Cage movie. :bleh:

The one thing you can say about Nick Cage is that he's always 100% committed to any role. It doesn't matter how god awful the movie is he will ride that train right off the rails and then dance on the wreckage. LOL

See Nick Cage this Summer in Wrecktrain!!!

Neighbors and Sex Tape both sucked.Used up all the funny parts for the trailers.
You warned me, and I didn't listen. Well, I added it to netflix a while back and got it yesterday. Couldn't even finish it. Horrible movie

Watched Stonehearst Asylum on Halloween night. It was a really good movie, although I was expecting something scarier.

Star Wars Ep. VII has reportedly wrapped up filming. Just a year, one month and 15 days till its release.

John Wick was fantastic. I would recommend it to the Action movie lovers and I must say Keanu Reeves was absolutely fantastic in the movie, the role fit him well. I will say, his character is quite badass. It gets right into it to, the movie has a nice pace to it.

Its fun to watch and the choreography makes you go "Wow." sometimes. Best movie for Keanu since the last Matrix, well action film.

So, I finally got around to watching The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I didn't like it at first, but I slowly got into it a little. I liked Jena Malone's character, Johanna.

I still prefer Divergent over the Hunger Games series so far. Divergent just came across as a little more realistic to me, whereas The Hunger Games movies felt way too storybook for me at times.

Wait. Jennifer Lawrence  isn't the only person on those movies??

I figured the fact that Jennifer Lawrence is a total cutie was obvious and went without saying.

Jena played this bad*** model chick, like Maggie in Falling Skies. I really liked her character.

Saw Interstellar, as a nerd I liked it, until the ending kinda felt like a deus ex machina, and buy into the idea that Matthew McConaughy could get into the space program.

Unbelievable but I just finished my first complete viewing of the "Green Berets" . Great movie touching finish to say the least.

I actually watched it as a boy with my Dad and Brother back in the day. My older brother was all into it, I was younger and fell asleep. No VCRs then etc... My biggest memory was the impression it made on my brother.

Glad I got to watch it again.

Saw Dumb and Dumber To last night. I went in with low expectations, but it was actually pretty funny.

Anyone seen the Wolf Creek movies? I saw the second one the other night. Very violent but decent film if you're bored.

I've also got "Red," love this movie. I've probably seen it 6 or 8 times.

John Wick is on my list of want to sees.

I cannot wait to see Star Wars, of course.

Saw Horrible Bosses 2 a couple nights ago. It was just as funny as the first one, pretty much laughed through the whole thing.

John Wick was horrible

Last night Guardians of the Galaxy, which was 100% pure awesome fun.

Tonight, How to Train Your Dragon 2, was was also a lot of fun.

Just rewatched Guardians of the Galaxy myself.

Still hoping for an Avengers/Guardians teamup in Avengers: Infinity War part 1 & 2.

John Wick was horrible

I liked it. Being a future journalist with such a minimalistic script action movies like that probably are uninteresting, which is understandable. It was a fun b-level action movie... A solid if not broken storyline with a lot of action. Mindless movies are nice to watch every now and then.
