I try to leave other posts in the discussions where they were posted. I've had many cases of being violently opposed to someone's position in one thread, and having their back in another.

We can debate this playoff nonsense until we are blue in the face. Nobody can convince me that who ever owns NBC this week isn't involved in the playoff nonsense process along with Nascar. Whoever came up with the playoff excuse are for the children viewers needs their heads examined. F-1 isn't doing flip flops with their points system, they have plenty of younger fans, and we Nascar fans have had 20 years of this nonsense in one form or another and they don't have the numbers. That should be their sign.
Pretty sure there won't be a peep out of the top 3 or 4 teams who manage to have their cars in the playoffs every year also.
