The next 4 races are money tracks for Gordon. Can't wait for Martinsville. You weren't? Did just enough to get through. Fine with me.
He will win Martinsville.

Like I said, I love Brad but I wanted to see Newman pull off the win today.I'm pulling for Ryan Newman. He seems like a good guy.
Jeff said it.
Three great tracks coming up for him. Definitely just needed to get by 'Dega.
Jeff Gordon skated thru this weekend by the skin of his teeth. Holy **** man. They were scared of this race.
Honestly, as a Gordon fan I lost some respect for him for racing back in the pack like a pussycat. What happened to NASCAR's 100% rule?
This points format is terrible.
...and a Top-20 for Danica !!
She looked like she had a real chance for a while there.
He was a ****** up restart away from winning at Texas in March.LOL he was being modest.
Texas is his absolute worst track.

He was never racing to win. He was points racing. He missed 2 huge wrecks because of it. That was the plan all day: to survive into the eliminator round. They will be back at it next weekend.Honestly, as a Gordon fan I lost some respect for him for racing back in the pack like a pussycat. What happened to NASCAR's 100% rule?
He had the car to beat last time @ Texas but got beat on a restart (surprise?). Im more worried about M'ville. He wasnt even competitive last time there.Hell yeah. Gordon will win next week and clinch a spot for Homestead.
He needs it because Texas will be a DNF.
Not true.He had the car to beat last time @ Texas
Don't even what? I was being genuine. She was leading and looked in good shape for awhile until she just got shuffled to the back. That's plate racing though. I think the #48 let her get out a little too far ahead as well so she lost the push.dont even....I feel like she kept fighting
Yeah, I liked Brad's interview. I was really hard on him last week, but that's my homie. I don't have to like everything he does to like him - but I liked the fact that he owned up to his stupidity from last week.Yeah...kinda like the NCAA Tourney though...even the eventual winner usually has a close shave along the way.
I thought it was decent that Brad was honest about doing something he wasn't proud of last week.
...and a Top-20 for Danica !!
What did he mean by that?
I f#cking hate Kesolowski.

I really wish that caution for Larson's spin hadn't come out. Danica got off pit road before Johnson and I would have liked to have seen how it would have unfolded. Then that debris caution with four to go was a real buzz killer.
Why is WWE's The Coach analyzing NASCAR?
Don't wrack your head trying to figure it out. It's another BS gimmick created by Brian France Jr. to generate revenue. Brian cares more about money than he does about NASCAR. The sport is suffering. New fans do not have the attention span (or the money) required to become lifelong fans. The lifelong fans are becoming weary of the circus that Brian is creating. Enjoy the racing on a per-race basis. The sport is dying before our eyes.Eh, I'm having a hard time deciding that myself TBH. I mean yea it sucks that my driver got eliminated (which objectively doesn't surprise me), but what I'm trying to decide on is 1) whether or not this format actually produced better racing this year and 2) whether or not this was meant to be a gimmick to create news buzz and stories for people to talk about throughout the week, or if this was actually meant to improve the racing product.

inb4 Brian France is trying to turn Sprint Cup into the WWE of Stock Car racing.
How is one flare sufficient for three daid?
Are you retarded? Of course I am.

that is the worstCraven just described my driving pet peeve, approaching my exit but too far over to get off.
Wow, just wow. What a finish. congrats to Kez but I am disappointed tha he didn't thank KensEth for the help. Logano was a big part to. What KensEth did today is a huge part of why I have total respect for the guy. He had the opportunity to take revenge on Kez but instead pushed him to the win. As far as Hendricks don't worry they will be just fine. Can't be on top all the time.
