Based on the year I don't think that was a Allison built car. I believe there was Neil Bonnett race cars business at the time?
Maybe cars built by Frankie Grill? (not rhetorical questions.)

The Bud colors were also about 1983-1985 when Neil was driving for Jr Johnson with Warner Hogdon during the DW years and à long way from Hueytown.
