I have never been able to get reliable cell access during the Prelude races. Too many people and not enough bandwidth.

Maybe they'll bring in one of those portable towers like they do at the NASCAR weekends? They'll only be a short haul from Indy anyhow.

I always wondered why they didn't bring in towers for the Prelude. The media people were always on their phones and I couldn't get a text message out. :idunno:

The golf cart is not going to be in my budget this year. Don't take this the wrong way but it's too bad they don't allow Gators, as in the John Deere Gator. I have access to that and I could haul it down there in my 5er but I can understand them having issues with vehicles cruising around the campgrounds. Especially ones capable of their speeds.

I don't know how many she needs, but if she really wants to go I can probably give the one lol. We have four but we're probably going to use only three.

Thanks for the offer, but can't do it this year. I'm on a short leash until I get this place up to snuff and ready for sale. My husband was unable to work on the property for the last 2 years, so I'm left with trying to get all the pieces back together.
 
I've got four but I think I may have been able to use more. There will probably be plenty on sale in the campgrounds leading up to Wednesday's race.
 
How many days DP, ticket prices have come down some, probably go back up when it gets closer to race day. I will be circling you on my trip, on the way up I'll be going through Harrisburg and Allentown and on the way down through Erie on the lake, damn I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas. :D :bounce:

Good try ted, damn good try but FB put those there, he's jealous. :p I just had a reverse brain fart, better known in old men as an idea, I would bet a very large sum of money that there will be more souvenir merchandise sold at this one event than any two truck races or nationwide races ever, whatcha think. :D

Wednesday Mudsummer Classic ticket holders have the first opportunity to purchase Tuesday Night Tailgate tickets before they go on sale to the public on Thursday, May 16th at 9:00 A.M. (EST).

On-track activity taking place during the Tuesday Night Tailgate will include two sessions of NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice, plus an Eldora Dirt Late Model invitational event! (Note: final late model roster will be determined after the running of the Dirt Late Model Dream presented by Ferris Commercial Mowers)

I'm probably going to wait to see how the weather shakes out and buy them that Tuesday. I have realistic expectations about Air Titan's ability to dry a rain soaked dirt track so I'll err on the side of caution.

I would love to see the trucks on dirt. I envy DPK and Johali...you guys are going to have a blast.:cool::)

I bet if you go there, there will be plenty of tickets to be had at cost. There are many people camping there and it never fails that some fans will not be able to show. Those tickets will be available, I'm sure.

I would love to... but that is during our western swing and I have only worked two races this year so I really can't miss the swing. That's three races back to back...Denver, Sonoma, and Seattle. I have stayed home so much this year that I feel like I'm practicing for retirement.:D But, you and Johali have a great time, and travel safe.
 
TOMORROW Eldora will begin selling tickets to PRACTICE sessions for Trucks July 23 (Truck race sold out).
