I kinda like this I'm not much of a Johnson fan, proves that even the top drivers can't get away with stuff which is a great thing. People bitch and moan how Nascar treats the top drivers better well this proves that even they can't get away with things.

Answer the other question then, point is you want to believe that this car wasn't cheated up cause Rick said it wasn't but remember last year at Dega Johnson was told to mess the back end up afterwards and look where this penalty was

NASCAR has gone way overboard with the fine for the 48. 6 races and a $100,000? I don't agree at all with that. MWR had another issue at Daytona which makes them repeat offenders, JGR with the oil pans and so on and so on. Seems a little much in this situation.
