I agree with Kyle ,the infraction was caught and a ruling has been made by the only ones who matter. By taking this to the appeal board Hendrick is hoping for a favorable decision from people who don't know much about Nascar.

How does it change what happened ?It's like trying to rewrite history.It isn't going to mean a thing to anyone in the garage area.If it helps you , than great.

I think that it's kinda funny that everyone is questioning this now. What the #48 team did was either right or it was wrong. NASCAR said it was wrong. Hendrick appealed. They'll go through the same process that other have. Some have gotten it overturned and many have not. It'll be whatever it is and fans will complain about it regardless of the outcome.

Maybe Kyle's just pissed because his sorry a$$ wasn't asked to be part of the committee. Maybe they could throw him and his partners Rutledge Wood & Krista Voda as the appeals committee and they could render a decision in some kind of goofy game show format on Friday night.

These guys are paid to be 'over the top' and quirky. TV networks think it's what the fans want,like digger. They need to try a serious show sometime ,without the Waltrips ,the Wallaces , Digger or Rutt.

They used to have a great show on called 'Pit Bull' with David Poole on as one of the analyst. Hard hitting, in your face, NASCAR's good and NASCAR's bad. Nothing was off limits. People didn't support it as they seem to prefer the antics of today's type of 'Trackside' show. They say that it is getting higher ratings now than it ever has. Kinda sad IMO.

My problem with guys like Kyle, DW, Rutledge and Mikey is that they try so hard to be funny. Its like that kid you knew in high school who always wanted to be the center of attention.

Yes, and many times these guys act like they're still in HS.
 
When Johnny , Kenny, and Mikey were on, I preferred Johnny and Kenny .Look what happened to them and to Mikey.
