True this past week and looks like for the remainder of the summer. *sigh*

78 and headed up to 82 today, 86% humidity
Heavy rains Sunday, not as bad yesterday. It's raining now and chances of rain in the next week plus range from 5% to 70% daily

Holy downpour Batman! (that's what it's been like here the last few days.) Not a drop for close to two months, and now we're all getting washed away.

It's been very hot and dry here for the last two months.
We had more than 25 degrees (77°F) almost every day and we could hit 35 degrees (95°F) this week.
We had like 5 little showers in the past couple of months and the grass is getting brown.

Normally we get into the dog days with high humidity at this time of the year in Minnesota. But it is getting into the 80s during the day and 60s at night lately. I can open my windows at night. (There is still time to get into unpleasant weather though).

It's been raining here for the past few days and is supposed to last for the foreseeable future. Lows in the mid to low 70s, highs in the mid 80s.

I was down in your area on wednesday. We stayed a week at Seacrest Beach Fl, and on Wed drove down to the Naval aviation museum. That was a nice museum to go through, and enjoyed the cafe as well. We just missed the Blue Angels practice by one day, sure wish I could have watched that, it just didn't work out though. I really enjoy it down there other than the humidity lol. I really like the shops and stuff at Destin, traffic is not much fun though. Have you been to the Air Force Armament museum up by Destin Fort Walton airport? That was kind of a neat little museum, plus it was cool to see the SR-71 up close, that was fun.

It's a neat place. I've been there several times since the late 80s. I'm glad that you enjoyed your visit to my little corner of the world. Since the blues weren't practicing when you were here on wednesday the weather must of been bad. They practice every Tues and wed weather permitting.

2 inches of rain overnight, with what's falling we're well on the way to another 2 inches. Flash flood warning out.

74°at 8 am and heading to the low 90's again today. 94% humidity right now. If you blink 3 times rapidly you break out in a sweat.

So heat index is supposed to hit low 100s today, 79% humidity right now ,82 degrees and it's not 9 am yet....ugghh

Highest today was 33 (91) degrees. Now in the evening it's very pleasant with around 20 (68).
It's gonna stay hot until Wednesday with 38(!!!) degrees in the forecast, but they said Wednesday could (hopefully) be the last day with that extreme heat.

I'd LOVE to have a high of only 91*. And 68* at night would be heavenly. Maybe about October. *sigh*

92 right now but the humidity has dropped to 54%. The big drop in humidity has made it a lot more comfortable,,still hot but more comfortable.

For gosh sakes, don't bring them to Texas in the summer.
LOL, they've all never been to the US and they probably never get there because they're all over 70 now. The farest trip my grandpa ever did was probably to Hungary.
He once told me that in the 90's when he was working for the local authority, they told him to go to Backnang (near Stuttgart) for a business trip. However, he had never heard of that town before and thought they were gonna send him to Bagdad, so he said "No way I'm going there. They'll shot me."

93 right now 50% humidity, 70° dew point, tad sticky.

I don’t see how y’all deal with that humidity.
I’m miserable with 30-50% humidity.
It's rough dude, especially when you have to work in it. Today it was more humid, I hydrate in the morning before work, but I sweat that out by 9am, I probably drink a gallon of water easy and a couple of Gatorades at work. Usually we get a few boughts of it, but it's been like this for about 6 weeks. It drains you, last night I went to bed at 8pm. ...tonight could be earlier.
