Neighbor returned the clutch kit and will order one from Amazon that includes the flywheel for same money as just pressure plate/clutch/TOB/pilot bearing he purchased down the street at O'Reilly's. He hooked up his boat and headed to the ocean to fish for couple days. No rush on the car.

So far the starter hasn't fallen off. It's moved some but hasn't come fully loose.

Think will build a cradle of sorts that fits on floor jack. Make it easier going back in. The flat section of the bellhousing is the top. Trans won't set up as has drain plug in middle of bottom.

Not sure what happened to my phone that flips the pictures 90* so have too post with the "insert image" box which posts huge pics. But it works.

Looked thru the photo settings in phone and don't see any way to fix it. I take a picture and view is normal. When I post it spun 90*. IDK WTF is going on.

Let's see if they fixed the board settings. Flips pitchers 90 degrees. Did some wood butchering. Now to box it in...

Not perfectly aligned but close enough for the gurls I go with. Want to cover most of the hackery with something soffit like.

Oh...BMW clutch is setting beside the car. Now waiting for a 1/2" drive metric socket set. Tomorrow they say.

Will you use metal trim and a break for any trim? I never had enough need or justification to buy a brake for metal work.I just limited the metal, to pieces that were already prefab or bent to shape as needed.

I installed windows that already had the nailfins and already trimmed, I only needed J-trim for the surrounding areas.

I hung a 40 foot long used gutter by screwing some horizontal studs to the framing and lifted it a few feet at time to avoid bending anything.

You should be able to snip vinyl to fit as needed. For the siding I started from the bottom and used a level to check every piece after installation. Leave about an 1/8 inch gap on all of the vinyl and soffit fastners to allow for expansion due to the the weather

I use screws and my dewalt 99% of the time. It is easier for an amatuer like me, and easier to rework any mistakes I make why learning on the fly. I hate pulling up nails.

Had no plans to use metal but now that you mention it have another neighbor that I think does that. I'll check with him and see if he's interested in prettying up the front of this thang.

Rain coming so grabbed the transmission/clutch/bolts/air box and put it all in the shed. Supposed to have tools tomorrow. We'll see what the weather does.

Shed air conditioner puked. It was in the living room of my cobode but started making angry noises year or so ago. So replaced it and set it on the porch. Sounds like compressor runs but condenser fan is running too slow and air flow fan isn't doing anything. I'll peel the enclosure off and see what I see at some point. It is at least 7 years old I think. Paid for itself.

Builded side doors. Not sure what happened but appears nailed shut. I surrendered. I know they won't work well without hinges but they be completely solid. Guess a nail thru the siding went rouge.

Nailed/screwed couple more pieces to the overhang and nailed one side of roof sheathing down. All my razor knives are due new blades so went to Lowe's to get one. When getting out of truck realized forgot wallet. Back home ordered one from Amazon with 10 blades. Only reason wanted another was because the blades getting dull. Whatever.

Need to trim the underlayment edges and slit the bulges/wrinkles, maybe shoot some roof cement under those. Once underlayment is trimmed need to string the length of sides to see how crooked it is. May trim it to get it straighter. Once trimmed/strung can accurately determine the shingle layout.

Raised the TV antenna up maybe 8 feet. Doesn't seem to have done a thing. Only cost was 9ish bucks of hose clamps which needed for my truck anyway. Box of ten and used 2 on antenna. Will swap the heater hoses over to backflush the heater core. S10 heater cores are bad about plugging up. Probably should buy couple gallons of coolant and flush everything.

Repositioned the door handle and added a latch pin to inside. Unfortunately all these handles use same key. But I never lock anything anyway. Will flip 2x4 across top of door over to use the bolt to hold loft doors shut. Trying to decide how to get long sections of roof layout at top of walls level. Don't really want to put drip edge on it but might have to. Then can just use a regular level.

Apparently board is still messed up. Flips pictures on their side. I surrender.

Bought 5 ten foot pieces of a different style drip edge. Can either use on lower edge of roof or at pitch transitions. Would need several more strips to do all that tho. Have some conventional drip edge might be able to use on lower eaves. It's stainless & bent at 90*. Really needs to be at 45* max and 30* would be better. It doesn't bend very well. STIFF! Need to get out of the recliner and go do this thing. But I don't want to.

Will build an 8 foot section of scaffolding with wheels on one end so easily moveable for this round of flailing. Don't want to go up/down ladder for every shingle for both sides of lower sections. I don't want to go up a ladder even once much less 50ish times per side. Seven shingles long (23'x12"=276"/39"=7.076923076923077 and seven high (40ish"/5.625"= 7.111111111111111, etc) for lower section. Still considering chopping maybe 8 inches of OSB off to expose rafters, build a 8-12 " kickout. Would make it much easier to get side doors to work or just go with sliding barn door on that hole.

Make it look Amish.

Dawned on me can use the 8 foot bench as scaffolding. Build a 3ish foot tall framework/platform to set on it to make it 6ish foot tall. It's on good casters. Will screw couple 2x4 to shed and nail/screw it to the bench so won't move while on it. Or maybe just set it on blocks? Be next weekend before get anything done as semi-hurricane rolling thru. So far just little drizzling.

Lost track of the latest on the weather so guess will find out when it happens. Knocked the messed up doors apart and got one built like the front. Guess board is still messed up. Flips pictures on their side.

Let me poke around in my phone. Something weird happening. I don't see anything I can change. Will add middle crossmember and some angle bracing

The frame members are not attached to each other Need to get some pocket hole screws to finish it. Be end of the week. For now it's just 2x4's screwed to the siding. I'll try to get the other door done tomorrow. Actually as assembled won't open. The sidning catches on the roof...the roof I threatened to trim 4-8 inches off.

Made myself clean off the bench and layout the other side. Mostly. Let's see if it flips this picture.

If offering decoration tips, I might suggest field stone combined with barn siding for the rustic look.
The field stone would be great. I would try to overlay it with a clear powder coating.

Are you going to do sheet rock or maybe ship-lap.
Nothing on inside. It's a shed, not a dwelling, unless I rent the loft space to some gremlins. They can decorate to suit themselves.

As for the outside, paint and caulk. While I'd love to do pink, blue, green, yellow, rainbow type thing just to aggravate those that get aggravated by COLORS, don't want to cause the park owner any problems. So it will be white with black or brown trim.

I smoked couple cigs after watching this. Took a nap too. This is what I built originally without all the pre-planning. Then accidentally nailed it all shut...whoops. Once got them knocked back out decided to build them same as the 20+ year old front doors.

Do like he used 2x3 to take the weight off.

Man I don't know what I've done to my ability to post pictures. Think I selected full sized week or so ago and can't figure out how to change it back. Believe that is why they flipping 90*. The picture isn't same size width/height. Somehow gets flipped to wider part is across, narrow is vertical. I think.
