Seems to me that the Trdota fans are overly worried about two young kids in good cars

Seems to me that there are 2 young kids in good Toyotas as well. The difference appears to be that neither of them are in running for title of next greatest thing to ever happen to motorsports in the history of the world.

All I want to know is when will the Hamlin payback be administered?

When it's appropriate.

2nd question: when will Ty Dillon seek his revenge for 2013 at Motorsports Park? ;)

Answer - When ever Ty can get position with a full quarter panel in the rear right side and Chase
cuts down on him in error spinning himself out. Then we will be all square.

Unless he wants to do it the Hamster way and shove the back bumper in.

LOL.

Can you imagine it that happens today, with all that's on the line

I suppose Hambone would at least have some company in the Driver Protection Program.

Yep, that puts it in perspective alright.
Considering the argument I made was that Chase runs far better than Blaney, it absolutely does.

Nobody cares that Blaney is ahead in points at the moment after NASCAR's cute little points reset. If we accumulated all of the points earned in the playoffs so far it wouldn't even be close. Lol he's finally ahead of Chase after a points reset and one race where he gets dumped and "Oh look, look - told you Blaney was better!!"

Chase haters continuing to ignore reality is more like it.

There are those who have won a race and those who have not.

Winning races is why you get out of bed.

I remember getting up at 5AM,working a regular job, jumping in a car, driving all night to arrive at Pocono as the sun was coming up to work on a race car that had no prayer of winning, for nothing but food and gas money. Winning is nothing but a pipe dream for many of the people that make racing go around. If winning was the only thing that motivated me, I would have stayed home.

I worked with a lot of drivers that gave up far more than I did, several risking personal financial ruin just to be part of the show, knowing winning was out of the question.
The ditches are filled with the financial corpses of people bitten by the racing bug. Not everone finds success.

That does not alter the fact that the object of the exercise is to win and that there is nothing quite like it.

I agree with both points. If you are driving for a well funded established team winning at some point is almost a necessity
If you just have enough to cover the basics getting a top 20 is winning imo

I also think when a mid pack car puts together a top 5, it should feel like a win imo.
Preparation meets opportunity and in many cases the fastest car doesn't win.
Becoming good enough to become the one to capitalize when the moment occurs is huge too.

Wins count. Blaney has 11 wins in the top three series and Chase has 7, Blaney as never had a full time ride in XNS either

There is absolutely no reason these cars should be going 200 mph on a 1.5 mile track. Aero of course will take center stage over everything else, get out in clean air and run away from the field as usual.
Aero dependency is not the problem at Texas. Single groove is the problem. Those are different problems with different solutions. I'm sure aero will get most of the blame, but that is laziness and misunderstanding at work. In practice, and in the Xfinity race, a trailing car can pull right up to the rear bumper of the leading car... despite the dirty air.

and pass or do they hit the wall of air?

don't forget ignorance of the fact that it is a brand new repave. Most of the trolls don't keep up that well with what is going on, it's the same ol same ol for them, they don't watch the race anyway. Hopefully they will go watch whatever stick n ball game(s) and save the rest of us the same ol B.S.

I like single groove. Creates more of a risk vs. reward scenario. Remember old Bristol?

Yes you have a point. Jones crashes a lot and Bell has yet to be really tested . The truck series is a KBM er Gibbs playground . Time will tell

Are you serious? What they hit is the lack of grip between tires and tarmac if they venture off the single fast groove.

Wins count but so do championships. Chase is one.

Right now I do give the edge to Blaney in Cup though. He has been able to get the most out of a team that's not used to winning. At least for the last couple of decades.

These guys will match up pretty equally, I think.

Blaney is driving Penske stuff. He is a distant third out of that bunch but he continues to get better.

This, it’s a tire issue not a aero issue. Texas, Charlotte are bigs tracks with one groove, but aero gets the blame because it looks unappealing
