2018 Charlotte - All Star - Pre-Race Thread

I haven’t watched the All Star race in a few years. I prolly won’t watch tomorrow.

Not right now, Clint has been pretty stout since he won. Oh and you didn't say anything after he won at M'ville.

The guy you said who would never win again.
Statistically Clint’s existence in auto racing pales in comparison to that of Matt Kenseth.
Do you think Clint can win a Championship?

Statistically this is has been his best season with the best cars he has driven in his career. It would be hard to beat Harvick, but yeah I think he can.
Didn’t Clint already share similar equipment with Harvick and underperform?
Clint is NEVER going to outperform Harvick for a season.

Goes to show the difference in driver because Harvick put that 29 in places it should have not been.

I don't know how Harvick did it, but at the same token at MWR Clint came second in points. MWR was equal to RCR, possibly slightly better. Clint didn't underperform, its more of Harvick being just that good as a driver and making everyone appear worse than what they were capable of.

He wouldnt know, he hasnt watched a race all season. Or last. Or next.

Dont worry, he’ll let you know.

Nah I don't mind, I like discussions with Bobby. Doesn't matter if he watches or not, he's still here at the end of the day to share his thoughts.

I just think Mike Bugga and Bowyer have a lot of potential to do great things this year. Just what they did at M'ville, they have to replicate it.

I think Clint is in the best equipment he’s ever been in. I hope he exceeds my expectations, it would just mean better racing.

Bowyer and Burton (before he got old) at RCR are probably the two closest teammates Harvick has had.

It's only Clint's second year at SHR and he's on par with Kurt. He's not bad by any means.

Definitely better then your idea of having the race next week when the 600 is scheduled, the Indy 500, and F-1 Monaco
Next Saturday night could of worked, but its better to get it done this weekend for sure, agreed.

yeah that washed up has been on the pole. Qualifying was fun to watch. Going to be good tomorrow when they get some practice in.

The guyz on XM will need to be working overtime this morning to sell this CRAP show tonight.

I was never advocating that. It was a guess in response to the question, "What if it rains all weekend?" What's your guess if that were to happen?
