About as hidden as the Dodges they were allegedly supposed to have.Do they have some Yodas hidden at RCR that nobody knows about?

Daytona 500/Duels field shaping up pretty well:
Stage winners and playoff participants bloating up the field.Correct me if I’m wrong, but it’s looking like the Duel fields are going to be larger than they have been the last few years.

You are, of course, correct. I lost track of which thread I was in. Larger Duel fields are good thing.that’s the clash not the duels!

A little nose job required and a tuck here or there and they all fit the same template.Do they have some Yodas hidden at RCR that nobody knows about?
Slap some Bondo the fenders, move the spoiler around a bit; good to go.A little nose job required and a tuck here or there and they all fit the same template.
I really appreciated this cool photo

The 96 missed the show last year. Not a Ty fan but I gotta give it to him for trying to doing it on own without help from his grandfather. It should be a pretty good car. Suarez run good in the 500 last year of memory serves me right
Interesting they are going to jump him over the trucks to Xfinity cars.
In that case maybe he needs to meet Gragson.Ty is 18 going on 13.

My guess is that it has something to do with the somewhat lack of performance on track and now talent outside of the trucks at KBM. He lost Rudy Fugle and is shuttering his super late model team basically saying he can't find the right people to run it....
Like I've said in past that it's my opinion that it's too hard to just talent when a driver runs JGR Xfinity equipment. The resources over there are just so much better than what everyone else in the Xfinity garage has.
Maybe they are finishing up filling out the Xfinity schedule? Maybe Bubba or JHN doing some Xfinity races this year?
Gibbs and Truex were announced yesterday for Xfinity action.
He's been spotting as of late.Is Drew Herring still with Toyota?
Both of them.Dillion might work at that level.
Ty has always been the more talented of the brothersThat's a heck of a opportunity for Ty! Hope he shows his talent

Based off of what? Austin had more success in both trucks and Xfinity, Cup isn't comparable due to ride levels. That's always been my opinion

He very well may be, but this year we should see. If he doesn't win a race for JGR in Xfinity then I believe that will prove he's NOT better than his brother.Based off of what? Austin had more success in both trucks and Xfinity, Cup isn't comparable due to ride levels.
I dont think either of them are particularly talented and will be irrelevant for most of their careers. It’s good to see this place never misses a chance to take a shot at Austin Dillon. Good grief, I can’t fathom why anyone would make a case as to how Ty is more talented that Austin. Based on what?
I'm not sure I see it like you in terms of Austin. I myself wouldnt call a guy thats won a Daytona 500, Coke 600 and made multiple playoff appearances irrelevant. Is he a threat to win every week? No. Would he be my first choice on who to bet on for a race? No, thats foolish. But there are some tracks that suit his skill set and Austin an his team know how to excel at those. I think Austin is a solid driver who can bring it home unscratched most weeks, will take care of what you give him and contend for a playoff spot each year if RCR has good equipment. Also to be fair not many drivers at RCR have had huge relevance outside of Earnhardt and Harvick, once in a generation talents you could build a race team around.I dont think either of them are particularly talented and will be irrelevant for most of their careers.

That's what I thought also. Likeability. Hell, I am ok with him going over to the dark side, maybe getting all the way away from paw paw, and his prickish brother will help in the race results column.I used to be open to the idea. I attribute it to wishful thinking because Ty is more likeable.
