Just announced on ARCA broadcast Nick Sanchez will make Xfinity debut at Phoenix for BJ McLeod

I hope you're being sarcastic.
And btw. there is one Cup driver in the race (Custer).

I don’t see how what he said is wrong. Even Brendan Gaughan said he loved racing against the Cup drivers. Personally I think it’s a mistake not seeing Kyle run his 5 races along with a few other drivers running their races. The limitations they had in place worked well.

Nashville Superspeedway & Atlanta in July were entertaining as hell and Kyle didn’t just run away with them. .

I don't understand how these guys are going to get better and be able to move up with the Cup regulars not racing against them.

Has there been any driver that has raced in the Xfinity Series that has put together a long period of success/wins in the Cup series without racing against some Cup drivers in the Xfinity Series?

After 17 years of taking away wins, points and prize money from series regulars, I'm happy that KDB has withdrawn from the series.
I'm OK with the five races Cup drivers are allowed to run in the lower series right now and I don't think they should be banned completely but I think the argument that Xfinity drivers "learn" from Cuppers is a bit lame. You don't see Hamilton race in F2, Marquez in Moto2 or Dixon in Indy Lights either.

So far the possibility to do that hasn't existed.

You see that sort of stuff happen often in motorcycle racing & dirt track racing though. And it’s not a good marketing strategy to call it a development series imo when you’re trying to get more fans in the stands interested in the product.

I just think it’s lame that Kyle isn’t running his 5 races because he’s too good at it. If it was a full season I could see the issue but 5 races is just the fans whining about it in my opinion. It was the Grand National Series and Mark Martin & Dale Earnhardt would make their 5-7 race appearances all the time.

Any NXS regular that made the jump after 2018 could count. So far not many of those drivers (Ross Chastain, Tyler Reddick, Chase Briscoe, Cole Custer, and a few others) have had a ton of success outside of 1 victory so far. Ironically enough Reddick has been doing the same exact method of running more Xfinity races with success.

Whew yeah, those Xfinity races he ran propelled Kyle Larson to stardom. He would have never made it besides.

Whew yeah, they sure as hell hurt his cause. Let’s tell a racer to stop racing World of Outlaws too.

I am not sure who would get their panties waded up If KDB raced against the World of Outlaws. Heck, Kyle might be my least favorite cup driver, but I would enjoy watching him run with the Outlaws, especially if he had a big enough set of those hanging things to race a sprint car!

Im not sure who gets their panties wadded up seeing racers want to race more. I’m glad he’s running his 5 truck races to show who’s got what against him

I'd agree if the Cup regulars weren't racing in equipment built in Cup shops with Cup budgets and bringing along Cup-level pit crews. Let Kyle or Brad come down and buy a seat in the 18th place qualifying car / truck. Otherwise it's like learning to play chess against a better player while you're short a couple of pieces; usually it's done the other way around.

So you have no problem with Kyle bringing KBM to Xfinity? Why is it Kyle’s fault that he spends to be competitive with his OWN team and shop in the Truck Series and provides countless jobs and rides?

He already tried that, and gave up when he couldn't win.

I guess, led a lot of laps and had top 5s. Everyone loves Parker Kligerman and he was given a ride at KBMs & Toyota’s expense.

Him not winning in his own equipment doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be allowed to race his 5.

I wasn’t even arguing this fact with you.
I have no idea who you are arguing with. I thought it was with yourself :idunno: Rules are rules and the cup drivers with cup cars and cup teams and cup resources get 5 races. Busch just proved that if you don't have that, you get your ass beat.

Ya kinda stepped in here to stomp your chest after my reply to 2 other posters. We were having a discussion of our own opinions.

9 top 5s, 14 top 10s, 383 laps led in 22 races with Triad engines is hardly getting your ass beat.
