Next-Gen sand barrels working their magic
The sand wouldn't be scattered as far if NASCAR could figure out the aero package, number positioning, and push rod length.

I saw Bobby Labonte eat the barrels at Rockingham once. The water in them shot easily 70 feet in the air.

Nuking frozen Stuffed Peppers. It's a process...

Lift corner of plastic to vent-

Nuke 7 minutes on high-

Remove and drip sauce over rice-

Nuke again for 9 minutes @ 50% power-

Then let set 2 minutes-

And after all that it's just short of awful. HOT HOT HOT!

Reddick's down as the only RCR driver. He's well on his way to winning the Stenhouse award for Wednesday's practice.

In the real world, throw some bear bond on it and get back out there. It isn't hurt that bad, but it is going to be slow

It's all about getting the right amount of downforce to make the car easier to drive without producing so much drag that it slows the car down. In drag racing they call that a spill plate. If it is in the middle of the trunk deck they call it a shark fin. The more HP the larger the spill plates.

Are they unstable only in traffic? Unstable only with the 670 package? Or just unstable altogether?

I'm guessing it's the latter since they seem to be losing control when nobody is around them? I haven't had a chance to follow along, stupid work getting in the way
