I'm interested to see how these things race this year on the big tracks. IMO you're going to have to use a 4" spoiler just to reduce extreme turbulence with a symmetrical car. Have to remember that it doesn't have that side to lean on like a sail anymore to catch it through the corner, so the air is going to just go right over that shorter greenhouse onto a massive spoiler and then deflect. 
A 4" spoiler with 670 HP seems most ideal with a symmetrical car, but the leader is going to have far less of an advantage in my opinion than before. An even car is going to give off a hell of a draft at a bigger track. Still lets be honest, it's racing! Fastest cars are always going to be fastest. Just look at Hendrick last year, I don't care if it's 350 HP, those cars were nearly unbeatable at times.
