Nobody even knows who was at fault. If you're Chase and you know that's supposed to be your position what are you supposed to do? It isn't like the guy behind Aric is letting him in.

Then 9 was ahead of the 10 on the restart but the 10 crowded in and made it three wide. If there was a penalty it would have been on the 10.
