College Football 2016

It makes sense. They underachieve, lose to their rivals, offense is a horror show. They've been regressing for a few years now. If it didn't happen now it'd happen later in the year when they lose to Alabama/A&M/Arkansas/Ole Miss and barely make the Birmingham Bowl.

Forgot to mention the mindnumbing clock management.

It's time. He won a national championship for LSU, but that was nearly a decade ago. Can't ride that forever.

Not really knee jerk, just fixing the situation that they botched at the end of last season.

I mean I shouldn't be complaining since my rooting interests are decidedly against LSU, but who the heck do they think they can get that would be better?

It's gonna happen, so we best get prepaired for it.

They better bring cash....and a lot of it. He just got a raise and he's under contract until 2017.
Kiffin is making $1.4 million / year. Miles was making $4.3 million per year. LSU could triple Kiffin's current salary and still be a hair under what they were paying Les. I'm not saying that I think Kiffin will get the job, or is even a realistic possibly, but it's silly to think that money would be an issue if that is the guy LSU wanted.

Also, LSU has shown that they are willing to pay top dollar for assistant coaches, which is something Kiffin wants. I think if LSU offered him the job, he'd be on the next plane to Baton Rogue.

I wouldn't do it if I were LSU. Lane Kiffin is one of those guys who's a much better co-ordinator than he is a head coach. He's basically the Norv Turner of college football.

I'd be interested to see how his time under Saban has helped him, in regards to running a program. If I were LSU, I wouldn't pursue Kiffin. I think better coaches can be lured to a position of that caliber. As for Kiffin, I think South Carolina would have been a good spot for him to land and I think he'd have been a better option than Muschamp.

Florida looking bad in the first half at Vandy. They should really try to keep the ball on the ground with Perine and Scarlett in the second half.

Some lady on Facebook slammed Ohio State for running up the score on Rutgers. I posted back to her, what did she expect, Ohio State not to score when given the chance?

I feel kinda bad for Rutgers too but come on.

Plus I posted that we have got to remember, if given the chance, Rutgers would kick our ass without a second thought.

lol Florida. Fumble the snap on the goal line with a chance to put the game away.

Just saw that Jalen Hurd play. Wow. Why the hell do these kids not go hard until the end of the play? Every week it seems you see someone doing something stupid like that.
