Teams could still make adjustments.
Otherwise, teams would not have been up all night making changes. Even mentioned in the broadcast that a little downforce was taken off of the 4.

All these differing strategies, I wish they'd drop the caution for stages at this track+ the road courses . It'd make the race easier to follow imo.

Yeah, less camera's right now, I think have around 70-80 normally , and have half that right now or less.
