I always thought the single qualifying session where they went by practice speeds was the best thing they had come up with.
 
Hopefully we've just about run out of things for Brian France to **** up in this sport. Even Pole Day for the Daytona 500 is a circus. Only 10 year olds with attention deficit problems would think this is entertainment.

And all the while, France's yes men continue to praise the "emperor's new clothes."
 
None of the drivers seem to like this format. They need to ditch the idiots currently in charge, and get some former drivers in there to be the officials running the show. Brian F and his ilk know nothing about racing.

10 year olds with ADD wouldn't stick around during the breaks between sessions. Hell, they wouldn't have stuck through the first 20 minutes of talking heads.
 
Seriously, the only thing worse than this garbage is listening to Larry Mac and DW pretend to know what's happening. I'm so over Fox's shtick. They need to overhaul their commentators. The commercials are honestly better than listening to them blabber like baffoons.
 
You have to keep in mind, TV is most likely the ones that pushed this idea, in order to fit it into a smaller window. So they're not going to criticize something that was their own idea. Any casual fan tuning in for this switched to something else within 10 minutes.
