So far the chunk of storms has been North moving straight East. Now it looks like it's trying to develop a bit farther south, which means that if it continues moving East, it will run straight into the track. I give it at least an hour before it hits.
Gotta give Kenseth style points for that stop

Not sure it makes much of a difference. The '03 and '09 Daytona 500's were both on February 15th and both were cut short by rain.

It was uncommon. This is the third straight year weather has been an issue in this race. The Daytona 500 and the Chicago race need to return to their old dates.

Was it me it did anyone else see rain droplets on Jr's in car camera? Doubt it was fluid from the track because they just made a pit stop

Also, if you've looked at the radar, there's A LOT of rain. This race isn't going to finish until tomorrow.
That's the problem with weather...everybody complains about it but nobody does anything about it
