I don't take offense to that.. but it doesn't really get under my skin.. not anymore... I used to let it.. guess I was somewhat abrasive to say the least tryin to shove Joey in your faces... lol now he's doing it for me. Although I do believe some ppl did hate him or at least very much dislike him until he started running so well. But then again whos gona like a mediocre driver? lol Im different.. I always knew he'd be good... most people seemed to have a personal vendetta against the idea of Joey becoming a great... even you at times :p

Like I said, he's having one good season, he's not shoving anything in my face. Lol I encourage you to reread my JPM post. ;) I don't think the fact that he's running decent for once has changed anyone's opinion on their like/dislike for Logano. Again, most people are realistic. If they dislike him, the fact that he's pulling out some top 10 finishes for once in his career isn't going to do anything to change their opinion of him. In a couple years? Probably. Who's gonna like a mediocre driver? You, obviously. :p Let's worry about him becoming good before you start with the "I knew he'd be good" stuff. One season doesn't determine whether a driver is good or not. He comes out next year, falls flat on his face like his past, then he's just who most thought he was. Mediocre. I've said it a thousand times, I've not had any kind of "personal vendetta" against Joey Logano. What part of "I actually like Logano" do you not understand? My "personal vendetta" was geared more towards just proving your abrasiveness wrong. Lol It was just fun bustin' your balls because of how bent out of shape you always get. Lol

Whether or not he does.. You're right, I am satisfied with him making the chase, with a new team, after all the issues they've had throughout the year and coming into the chase as one of the top 4 favorites... 12th would be 4 positions better than his best finish in the standings.. how would I not be satisfied with the best season of my drivers young career? With a rookie crew chief.. I wouldnt be surprised to see them win at least 2 or more races in the chase and be in solid contention in the final races.. and Ill even go so far to say Ill bet they get 5+ wins next season.

Slice how can you be happy knowing Joey didn't earn his spot, and only got it because Bowyer intentionally spun out? This is a serious question, I am not trying to troll you. Joey didn't deserve that spot and you know it.

Whats the bottom line? It's that HE'S IN!! Regardless of what happened... also if he hadn't gained so many points in the regular season he wouldn't have been able to go into Richmond with the cushion he did... it doesn't matter how it happened. It happened. That's how I can be happy about it. Because right now and coming into the next race he has 2003 points and is 6th in the standings.
 
Now I know you're all going to say I'm biased but Kurt has to be considered "hot." He just isn't the hottest right now. He's kept that little team in the hunt all year.

He has done a lot more than most would have expected of him in that car this season. The first single car team to ever make the chase.

Wasn't Logano up to 7th or 8th place in the standings going into Richmond ?

It wasn't like he was trying to pull a Newman and come out of left field to make it.

my point is all season long including the final laps at richmond add up to whether he makes the chase or not. if he wasnt gifted his spot then he wouldnt had been good enough to make it. facts are is that he was only good enough for 11th with one win. MWR gifted him 10th, and took a win from Newman.

So? Guys... Joeys in, and that's the bottom line.... no ifs and or buts... I really don't care how it happened... he made the chase because he won a race and has been having the best season of his career... not because of one spin in one race.

I like the 22 as well but it was them MWR pricks that got him in the chase.....I have to feel sorry for the 24

They had tons of bad luck to start the year... then the breaks started coming... like being off sequence at Atlanta and needing to pit in about 2 laps before the caution comes out to get him back on sequence with everyone... or at Richmond when he happened to be the third car on the inside with new tires and came out third, or at Bristol when they fought back from about 5 different problems to finish 5th.. etc... Good luck can make or break a team in this sport.. look at Gordon.. Luck is a HUGE part of this sport and if my driver got lucky in making his first chase that's fine with me. He's in the chase.. that's the bottom line and I hope the luck carries him through to the championship. You never know.
