He also thinks on track retaliation is "bowl****". In 2011 Gordon announced "with the way this point system is the chase will come down to only 2 drivers at homestead". Brad K came out & said Jeff was dead wrong.

He's having one good year. Plenty of drivers have had that one "great" year of their career. You aren't going to be telling anyone "I told you so" after one season. You have one season to back up your claim. We have 4 to back up ours. Odds that Joey is just a mediocre driver are still in our favor. One good season doesn't instantly make you a great driver. Montoya made the Chase in '09. Guess he's a top 10 driver too? Hell, thats all we heard in '09. "Looks like Montoya has finally figured this out, breakout season, future star, blah, blah, etc, etc". How'd that work out? I definitely hope when its said and over with, you can say I told you so. I hope I am eating crow, cause I'm pulling for the kid, but one good season proves nothing.

Well... we'll see, so far I seem to be on the road to I told you so.. also.... If he DOES end up winning the championship this year... then 1 good season would be enough I think lol.... like who's gona say BK isn't a top 10 driver even if he misses the chase and has no wins this year..? I get what ur sayin and ur right.. I could be wrong still.. I don't think I am though

Well... in 2011 Harvick was still an outside possibility and in 2012 so was Bowyer.. :p

Seriously tho...Im curious what ur post has to do with Logano.. ? I mean I said what I said about chexorwrex post.. my comment about the guys finishing 3rd had nothing to do with Joey... I never said he was going to be in that position... so again... in relation to this thread... whats ur point?

Your post compared Joeys run with that of Harvick's and Bowyer's in previous years...
You need to take a rest on the Joey love. We get it that Joey is your driver but its a bit "stalker" creepy.

My post did not compare Joey to Bowyer or Harvick.. it was in reference to Chex saying jeff Gordon said the chase would always come down to 2 drivers... I was saying it doesn't really... I still don't see how u get Joey out of that? I never once said Joey will be there.. in fact the word Joey in the post u replied to.... and if ur gona try n say because of what Brad said in reply to Gordons statement.. still has nothing to do with Joey.. u just kinda sorta fabricated that in ur head a lil bit there...

If we are throwing a driver out because of 2 races, Brads been pretty bad at Vegas (except this year) and California. Guess you can remove him from your top 10. :D I know he hasn't been in Cup long, and thats probably a big factor in why I'd take Jr over him at this moment.

I just don't think much of Jr. tbh. He's in the best equipment but is rarely contending for wins and it's not like he's over the hill.
