You have to remember that I've still got three brain cells left. Everything don't fly over my noggin.Good, I'm glad someone understands.

I could certainly be mistaken but I thought encumber and restrict were synonymous? In any event, not to be taken as offensive. You have to remember that I've still got three brain cells left. Everything don't fly over my noggin.
Yep.I could certainly be mistaken but I thought encumber and restrict were synonymous?
I applaud the effort too but I also congratulate NASCAR for finding the advantage. I think this is the first time in recent memory that NASCAR took points away. Does he still get credit for the win? (In the past the driver still got the win even when caught breaking the rules). That being said, I applaud the effort of the engineers who found this advantage.

Penske still gonna win on Sunday with one of them there cucumber engines.
That's why I say take away the win, the points and money. How many times does it take a newspaper on the nose to house break a dog? Until they get the point they'll still go in the house.

In another thread, I asked for some of Penske's skew....Changed my mind. Nice try. Get back into the box. Let's race.

I think part of it is also that they really can't say he wouldn't have won if the car was legal. No way to know.yeah he keeps the win because of an old rule that they didn't wants fans leaving the race not knowing who the winner is.. Make absolutely no sense in today's world. You would think they would want the headlines.

Jeff Gluck has a drawing of it on his site. I can't figure out how to post it here

Brad did. 30 minutes of practice at a plate track is worth it for a playoff point. Gonna be interesting to see how they adjust now that the #22 got caught though.Guess they didn't swerve enough after the race.
Good question, curious about that tooHow does the swerving reset it? If the truck arm attachment point is intentionally sloppy to allow rear end movement how can swerving tighten it up in order to pass inspection?

37th. Beyond that, they only get 1 point anyway.Yeah sure give the win to the 2nd place car. I'm sure the 2 had noooo issues whatsoever with being legal, it just happened to be the fastest car by a mile. See what kind of slippery slope that gets you? How far back in the field do you want to go and teardown the cars?
Are you unfamiliar with the work of M. C. Escher? If so, take your motion sickness pills and strap in.That image is pure evil

Aw, c'mon, just one more...Nope ...... The one you posted is quite enough
Nope the 2 car lost a ton of points also. Must be something about Team Penske that irks Brian. Kelli contesting every call?I think this is the first time in recent memory that NASCAR took points away.
