Bud, you are not going to cure a passive aggressive personality.Haha now you're changing your tune to them following orders. What happened to Bowyer spun out by accident?

Wouldn't that be a riot? The one beneficiary left in the field winning it all. I'm glad NASCAR did what they did, but I'm sure some would have a field day if that happens. Is that you Slice?
So if MWR had just been smarter about this they would have gotten away with it easier. Use less obvious code words, plan things out a little better.
Yeah, I mentioned that earlier somewhere. I wonder if the appeal board would have an impetus to convene before this weekend? Or if the #56 operates with the assumption they're in the Chase until (if/when) the appeal board upholds the penalty?I wonder what would happen if they appeal? Truex back in the Chase until the appeal is heard? Ty Norris back at the track?

I did think to myself that if Hendrick Motorsports tried something like this, they would get away with it and we would never know about it.Their script was written by the 5 year old peek-a-boo champion.
Jeff Gordon@JeffGordonWeb
Feel bad for Truex. He got in under controversy now out due to it. But the guy who started all of this not effected at all??? Don't agree!
They couldn't be more obvious. Looks like Mikey's intellect has trickled down throughout the organization.Their script was written by the 5 year old peek-a-boo champion.

Mike Helton: "There’s not conclusive evidence the 15 spun intentionally. We didn’t see anything conclusive that was intentional."
The sh!theads caused the 24 to miss the chase and the sh!theads at nascar just ignored it, I'm pissed that they didn't even mention it.
Thats a shocker@MWRteam tells us they will not appeal penalty by #NASCAR which takes @MartinTruexJr56 out of The Chase.
They probably won't go out of business, but it might affect the bottom line if Michael Waltrip and Rob Kauffman take any profits from the company at the end of the year. Its the biggest fine I can remember but is 300K that much to a multi million dollar outfit?

He forgot to drink his pre-race 5-Hour Energy.Um, what?!?
I don't think there was any way they could fix it without taking Bowyer out of the chase and inserting Gordon. It sucks, but he takes the bullet this time. Last year he got in because of a yellow, this year he's out because 2 guys went slow.
This is about what happened Saturday night, the 24 was 3 points ahead of Logano before the shenanigans and still two points ahead before the 22 passed the 15 and 55 who pitted on team orders, it doesn't matter how they did in earlier races just last Saturday nights. You know this and you know I'm pissed and had to answer even though you are trolling but I'm through with it.I like you BUT ....If Jeff had done better 26 times earlier this season , .........
Haha, I can imagine Brad K on the phone saying "How can I get in on this deal?"I wonder if Keselowski is waiting by the phone somewhere to see if he can somehow get in on this whole Chase thing?
Sounds like a negotiated settlement to me. Leave Clint alone and we won't muck up the chase with an appeal.
Lets get this straight. He's out because 2 guys cheated.
Pitting early and going safe and slow is cheating? Show me the rule book so I can be sure.
Lets be clear. It was poor sportsmanship, same as staying out longer than you should to try and help decide a championship battle you aren't a part of.
I don't troll. You know that . I'll buy you a beverage in Loudon if you're going. I am a Jeff fan for many years .... BUT....The ship has sailed .. PM me if you wish......This is about what happened Saturday night, the 24 was 3 points ahead of Logano before the shenanigans and still two points ahead before the 22 passed the 15 and 55 who pitted on team orders, it doesn't matter how they did in earlier races just last Saturday nights. In the 1995 season finale at Atlanta, Jeff Gordon needed to finish in any position 42st or higher to clinch the championship over Earnhardt. Rick Hendrick entered the #58 car with Jeff Purvis for the sole purpose of parking it if Gordon got into trouble during the race. Is that cheating?Lets get this straight. He's out because 2 guys cheated.
@jeff_gluck
Helton reiterates they feel they couldn't do anything for Gordon. If you get into the "ripple effect," he said, you can't be fair about it.
Manipulating race results is cheating. NASCAR made that VERY clear tonight.
Oblivious much?
