Race thread: 102nd Indy 500

Danica had six top 10's in eight starts and a career-best third (in 2009) in the Indy 500. She's more than proven herself at Indy and comments inferring that her wreck today was in any way "typical" of how she runs at Indy are straight up ignorant.

She had both left tires of a loose car on the white stripe...I’m no race driver but I wouldn’t do that.

Breathe a few deep breaths...she is just like the red headed step child we all liked to make fun of. Deep down we really love her...just like the crispy colonel.

Ha! Well it's the last time I will get to defend her from the ignorance of some the mouth breathers who live to hate her so it felt good to do so.

that is what tons of downforce does, it works until it doesn't, there isn't a gradual warning line.
I'm not able to watch the race but I have 2 guys texting me details of it and they both said she was really loose and didn't have much downforce.

To finish first, first you must finish. Long way to go.

Its going to get someone killed, I don't mind Howard or Davison, but this slowing down in the middle of corners like they are will get someone hurt. Not to mention still being in the racing line doing it.

He's an ******* and a terrible racer for the most part. He's good on ovals, but I remember the days where he was three-four seconds off the pace.

Got to meet him a couple of times and I was not impressed by his personality.
There is a reason he only runs the ovals. He sucks, he never had top ten points finish even when he ran full-time

Full screen interview in middle of green flag run, thats what we want to watch.

Solid interview though.

Heartbreak for Kanaan.
