It's fun to watch. Each August, night race weekend, on Thursday they have the hauler parade that finishes with them entering the track. They open up part of the stands for fans to come watch. Very cool and worth the time spent. I have to admit that is the only parade that I have to pack my cooler full of beer for and any parade that you take you cooler to is worth while. It amazes me that they can get the haulers into the infield at Bristol.
Last year I took part in before both the spring and fall races in a program called Track Laps for Kids. They allowed you to take you private vehicle for laps around the speedway. We did it in the spring in my truck and in the fall in our car. You will not find a picture on the internet that will do the banking in that place justice. You have to see it in person. When you drive through the gate onto the track the transition is incredible and matched again when you drive onto the apron. I don't know how those rigs do that without tipping over.
