Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

If it's not too far of a travel from BMS maybe I'll check it out in a couple weeks when we're down there. What's the name?

I have slept a few times since then. It is in an old gas station and not far from downtown. Maybe one of the locals can help out.

Wow. That's nice jump. Now boot Talladega out of the Chase and replace it with a race in Iowa and I'd have one less thing to whine about.

These reporters covering NASCAR are the stupidest persons on earth.

They deserve whenever they get a snippy and smartass response from the drivers.

Anyone else having problems posting this morning? I had to move to Tapatalk to be able to post.

Yes I see the banner. I thought maybe it just pertained to the screen display? Guess not.

Yeah I had to dust off IE. Firefox won't post anything for some reason.

Thanks for that heads up! That seems to work albeit different than before. It has been sooo long since I used IE. It really seems to be taking it personally that I don't want it to be my default browser. It's like I've shunned it from being a friend on facebook or something.

Makes ya realize how much IE sucks doesn't it? LOL

I did at first, but I'm able to know on Firefox, but just plain text, no emoticons or anything.

I here ya. I can't even remember when I quit using it. Someone told me about FireFox and I got hooked on that. I like the plugins that are available. I do have to give IE a shout out today though. Otherwise I'd be typing on my phone. Today, in this moment, IE rules. That being said, I can't wait until the board is fixed so I can get back to where I belong.

Interesting stat.

Re: JJ's Chase clinch...with Denny Hamlin missing Chase this year, Johnson becomes the only driver to make Chase in every year of career.

Good program if you have the time. The winner will compete in the K&N Pro Series West in October.

Realized that after I watched it. Pretty good. I always thought Nascar should have done something like the UFC does with Ultimate Fighter.. I think it could have been successful when the reality tv boom was happening. There is so many different factors in being a Nascar driver.

Good luck to Patrick. Alot of pressure to do well in that October Race.

Yeah, it's an awesome move by MWR and Peak. At the very least he'll have an experience most fans dream of having.

Michael Waltrip Racing with press conference tomorrow. Advisory has picture of Brian Vickers. Hmmm. What could it be?

Just bought 4 tix to the Bristol Whelen Modified & Truck races for Wednesday night, next week. Yeah baby! Always a good show. Bristol bound in 6 days!

Dale Jr. does a burnout as a promotion for the upcoming race @ Chicago. Not bad for someone without much practice.

Junior just finished up with a Q&A session at Chicago's Millennium Park, which is down the street from the Chicago Theatre.

What with the relatively light turn-out, there was virtually no waiting for an autograph.
