When the title sponsor of a race changed 15 years ago and fans don't even notice, it makes even more sense as to why some major corporations have left the sport.

I'm flattered to be considered representative of the fan base as a whole. When the title sponsor of a race changed 15 years ago and fans don't even notice, it makes even more sense as to why some major corporations have left the sport.
Does the sponsor have to pay extra money for that? You'll notice the networks often don't mention a race's full sponsored name these days.
Revolting is what it is....Does the sponsor have to pay extra money for that?
I remember Andy's frozen custard being mention hundreds of times in the Texas Xfinity race... So often it made me google what Custard is.

It may have changed some, but when the 2001 TV deal came in, the race sponsor got X number of mentions ( a small number) and that was it unless they purchased more.I think they do nowadays, for several years.
Thanks. I'm not on Twitter.Race sponsors get 3 mentions if they don't buy air time. I think that's the number. Mike Joy has explained it on Twitter several times.
Harvick leaving SHR after 2023 season.
I'd rather see him in the 41 next yearsad to see him go but not surprised.
I really want Ryan Preece in that seat.
I think it’s more leaving NASCAR all together tbh.
Fingers crossed...At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Tony cashes out (depending on how big a stake Haas gave him) and leaves with him.

Yeah Stewart has been an example of a level head in all situations. Never one to fly off the handle. You’d think this was the first time Tony Stewart expressed his displeasure with the sanctioning body.
Please alert my vast array of electronic devices the moment he announces he’s leaving.
