why yes. stupid rule if the second truck that was legal wins it. o_O They don't care about the money and points, race for free and they have plenty of money.

First off you would not get in the race but what part of there shouldn't be a winner makes you thank you'd keep your win.

He would get popped for it at least once or twice it seemed every season in those series. When points and playoffs don't mean anything to him in those series(unless it's owner points.) it didn't hurt him to cheat. Now that he wouldn't get the win, it hasn't happened.

Go ahead with you conspiracy but I'd say some of it also has to do with them not allowing him to race as much.

We are talking hypothetical because thats all this is anyway, and you are the one that said I should keep the win since technically I would have won anyway.

He...uh well you know...was doing it even when he wasn't allowed to race as much but okay. It's not really a conspiracy either, more of a he knows he can't get anything out of cheating anymore, so he just doesn't do it anymore...

You and @StandOnIt really don't comprehend well. I said you should be DQ'd and there shall be no winner. That's the honest way of doing it.

Technically though you did win the race in the viewers eyes as you crossed the finish line first. You just don't get the perks.

I comprende very well. The first car/truck that isnt caught cheating is the winner.

Hell no you don't. Split it even with the field but rewarding 2nd for 1st mishaps sets the wrong standard in my opinion.

There's no incentive not to cheat then. If cheating means, worst case scenario, you don't get the win but nobody else does either, how are we discouraging it?

Haven't started yet but am about to. Every damn car today looks the same because of safety standards these manufacturers have to go by. All I'm saying is safety has hindered the automobile industry and your a fool to deny it.
